James Shuler | Pastor
James is the pastor of Impact Church. He oversees the Ministry teams and direction of the church. He loves engaging in discipleship, marriage counseling, and individual counseling.
Leslie Shuler | Next Gen pastor
Leslie leads the College, Youth, Kids and Discipleship programs. She meets with individuals for counseling, leads various small groups and bible studies, and coordinates the small group ministries. She oversees the social media, and helps coordinate Impact events.
Nate Sallie | Worship Pastor
Nate Sallie serves as the worship pastor at Impact Church. Nate leads in worship with purpose, passion, and a strong desire to witness hearts experience the presence of the Lord. Nate, his wife Sarah, and their five children have lived in Ozark for the past 10 years, and are actively involved in the community.
Jason Bilbro | Operations Pastor
Jason Bilbro oversees a number of operations including Sunday morning setup, prayer team, and leads several discipleship initiatives. Jason is a 24-year veteran of the United States Navy and is currently a doctoral student at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Jason and his wife, Tatum, both have a heart for pastoral and marriage ministry, and also serve on the Ministry Leadership Team at Impact.
Jessica Moore - Church Administrator
Jessica Moore and her husband Josh live in Ozark, MO. She joined the Impact staff team in 2023. She covers many bases on the administrative front: payroll, bookkeeping, and many other administrative duties. Jessica recently stepped in as the Interim Kids leader while Impact hires a Children's Pastor. If you have any adminstrative or Kids ministry related questions, please contact Jessica.
